• Authentication can be built-in using .NET authentication or external identity management service such as MS Active Directory, Azure AD B2C, Okta Authentication or Oracle Identity Management.

User types

Applicants

• Can create their own accounts and applications.
• Can view the status of their applications at any time.

Approvers

• Can access all applications assigned to them.
• Can communicate directly with Applicants.
• Can view and post internal notes.
• Can be set up to require approval or only be notified about applications.

Administrators

• Can manage & approve all applications.
• Can set up all approval workflow.
• Has access to all tools and reports.
